Antojitos!

If you’re a fan of corn may I suggest an order of our Mexican Street Corn. From tortillas to tamales corn has been a cornerstone in Mexican cuisine that can be referenced as far back as the Aztec civilization. Street corn is a popular dish in Mexico City known for its street food vendors who serve up antojitos or little cravings.

The corn is first grilled and then sold one of two ways. Elote is served on the cob while Esquites are served with the kernels removed from the cob. Other main ingredients include butter or mayonnaise, cotija cheese and seasonings. Everything considered we believe it’s most practical for C&J to serve Esquites.

On the cob or in a bowl if you like corn you’re sure to love this dish.

Enjoy, Jeff
